Goal #1 Make it a habit for healing! Sign up for a inner healing session.
Goal #2 Submit your food and exercise plan to God and provide him with honest feedback and seek him for His alterations.
Goal #3 Start meditating on scriptures that provide you with strength and truth to maintain obedience to God's food plan. Utilize the free app "I deserve a donut." to help you overcome false hunger.
Goal #4 Utilize a small saucer plate or a bariatric portion control plate along with a small fork or small spoon and a napkin when eating.
Goal #5 Increase water intake.
Goal #5 Pray and cry out to the Lord when you are being attacked by spirits of discontentment, stubbornness, disobedience, compulsivity, addiction, jezebel, lust, and the lying spirit. Rebuke the spirit bind it to the pit of hell and command it to go and not come back. If the attacks are still happening then, you will need to pray and fast up to 3 days from what God would have you give up if He leads.
Goal #6 Be mindful when you eat. Pray before you eat to Jesus and talk to Jesus throughout your meal. Take your time as you eat.
Goal #7 Read your Vision Statement/Mastermind statement and imagine or create and view your Vision Board of you in your right sized body 3x or more a day to declare the goal forward and visualize the benefits of obedience.
